OUR STORY
The Jackson Center Historical Society is dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich history of Jackson Center and the surrounding Shelby County community. Through exhibits, events, and community outreach, we connect residents and visitors with the stories that shaped our town.
Our crown jewel is Salt Lick Village, located at 320 E. Broadway St., a collection of historic structures that brings the past to life. We host regular Open House events throughout the year, inviting the community to explore local history firsthand.
Membership is open to everyone, with student memberships starting at just $5. Whether you are a lifelong resident or a newcomer curious about our heritage, there is a place for you at the Jackson Center Historical Society.
